Instead of obliging you to piece together the functions you require from a range of different providers, Kuva offers an integrated toolset ready for your staff to deploy. This includes a web-based interface for advisors and service users with encrypted video, audio and text chat, event logs and a calendar with bookable appointments; secure document transfer with receipts; the option to customise the platform with your own branding; access to metadata for planning, management and evaluation; and finally, NO downloads, sign-ups or other barriers to engagement.

When you subscribe to Kuva, you purchase a licence which grants you access to a number of Secure Meeting Rooms. These provide a secure space to converse and share information with your clients, safe in the knowledge that everything you say will remain completely private. All versions of Kuva Provide:

  • Minutes per Month an allowance for all your rooms to be used every minute of every day

  • Secure Video Chat Only you & your clients have a key to a completely private meeting room

  • Secure Document Transfer Only available within the Meeting Room and never stored anywhere.

  • No charges for going over We will let you know your usage and if you’re ready to upgrade

  • Unlimited room bookings Available to all your users and ready to make use of

Why We Built Kuva

We were inspired to build Kuva when we realised that service providers were obliged to use products which could not meet their professional requirements. The big platforms can not and will not guarantee the privacy of their users. We don’t want you to take our word for it, though – so we’ve collected a range of papers and articles demonstrating the problems with some of the most widely-used videoconferencing software.
